To become a recycling processor for the Authority’s standard plan you must agree to conform to the “preferred” processing standards and agree to any additional requirements identified in the links listed below.  If you would like to be a materials processor for the plan please review the preferred standards and call us to discuss opportunities.  Processor service providers will be chosen based on the quality of service offered, the competitiveness of the submitted rates, and the overall best value to the Authority.  The Authority contracts with multiple processors to handle the volume of CEP’s received based on the processor’s proximity to CEP’s collected, existing transportation infrastructure opportunities, and market conditions.
